I’ve noticed this contradiction. A lot of American citizens in the South get triggered over people taking a knee or any form of protest against America but somehow bend the rule when it comes to waving around a Confederate flag. Why do they get to decide what’s patriotic or not. The Confederate States of America represented rebellion, division, and treason. Regardless of the “Heritage not Hate” slogan it’s still pretty unpatriotic honoring something far from patriotic. Now if you’re one of those who fly the flag and have no problem with how other citizens protest and disagree (with the possible exception of burning the American flag) then I don’t have as much as an issue. Just don’t be a hypocrite if you’re literally waving a flag of treason around.

There was the same amount of treason from the south as there was when America turned their back on the queen.
What if you play for the new england patriots? Than youre a patriot regardless of what else you do
